I am honored to be in Costa Rica currently and participating in my first 2 week Master plant dieta, a special period with fasting and restrictions, regular psychedelic medicine ceremonies, and of being more closely connected to two Master plants: Bobinsana, and Rose. The opening of the dieta was made for about 15 participants by Maestro shamans visiting Costa Rica from Peru.
The work for me has centered around healing the energetic womb space and mother-line by uprooting a deep energetic cord of patriarchal energy that my mother’s female ancestors had dutifully welcomed and given nourishment to while deprioritizing their connection to female and “earth-based” life energy.
Bobinsana is a jungle tree with beautiful fuchsia colored blossoms. The teachings from it have involved self-love, healing and cleansing and loving energy towards others. The healing energy from Rose has contributed a sense of connection between different energy centers in the body, while also teaching appropriate boundaries.
